Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") explains how refunds, credits, and subscription cancellations work for services offered by Sweeper Lab ("Sweeper Lab," "we," "us," or "our"). This Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms.

Credits and computational costs

Due to the high computational costs of AI generation, credits are non-refundable once used. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

1. Subscriptions

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as expressly stated at the time of purchase. When you cancel a subscription, your cancellation typically takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until that period ends, unless otherwise communicated at cancellation or required by law.

2. Credits and usage-based purchases

If the Service offers credits, tokens, or similar usage entitlements, those units may be consumed when you run generations or other billable operations. Once credits have been used, fees attributable to that usage are not refundable, because underlying compute and third-party model costs are incurred at the time of use. Unused credits may be governed by expiration or plan rules disclosed at purchase.

3. Trials and promotional offers

Trial and promotional terms (including whether charges begin automatically after a trial) are presented when you enroll. Unless otherwise stated, standard cancellation and billing rules apply when a paid plan begins.

4. How to cancel

You may cancel your subscription through the billing or account management tools made available in the Service, or by following the instructions provided at checkout. If you cannot locate cancellation options, contact [email protected] with the email address associated with your account.

5. Billing errors and unauthorized charges

If you believe you were charged in error or that a transaction was unauthorized, contact us promptly at [email protected]. We will review good-faith disputes in accordance with applicable law and our payment processor policies.

6. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback, please contact support so we can attempt to resolve the issue. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of access while disputes are investigated.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Material changes may be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate.
